Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of the products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as “the Products”) provided by UndressGirls.App under any active agreement. The purpose of this policy is to safeguard our company, our customers, and the broader online community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal actions.

Customers who violate this Acceptable Use Policy may face service suspensions or account termination. In extreme cases, we may be required by law to report such customers to relevant authorities.

We expect customers to use our facilities in a manner consistent with our standard offering. If usage exceeds reasonable limits, additional fees may apply or usage capacity may be reduced.

We oppose any form of abuse, discrimination, rights violations, or any action that harms or disadvantages individuals, groups, or resources. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their end-users to engage with our products in a similar manner.

Customers are accountable for their actions and those of anyone using our products with their permission. This responsibility also applies to unauthorized use that occurs due to the customer’s failure to implement reasonable security measures.

By accepting our products, customers agree to ensure that they and their end-users adhere to this policy. Any complaints about actions taken by a customer or their end-users will be directed to the designated contact for the relevant account.

If a customer or their end-user violates this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the associated products or the account itself, or take any corrective or preventative action we deem necessary, without prior notice. To the extent allowed by law, no credit will be issued for service interruptions caused by violations of this policy.

Our products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material that violates applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

i. Material protected by copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights, used without proper authorization; and

ii. Obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content, including content that violates export control laws.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all material they input, upload, transmit, create, or publish through our products is legally permitted.

Our products must not be used for sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam, which is prohibited by applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam, soliciting customers through spam sent from other providers, or collecting responses to spam from other providers.

Customers must not use our products to maintain unconfirmed email or phone number lists. All messaging lists hosted or run on our products must use a confirmed opt-in system, ensuring express consent is obtained from the owner of each email address or phone number.

We prohibit the use of purchased email or phone number lists intended for spam or unconfirmed messaging purposes on our products.

Our products must not be used to promote or distribute software, programs, or services designed to breach this acceptable use policy or the policies of other service providers. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating spam, network sniffing, packet spoofing, flooding, mail bombing, and denial-of-service attacks.

Our products must not be used to access any account or electronic resource without authorization, or to conduct activities like hacking or cracking.

Additionally, our products must not be used to intentionally introduce viruses or malicious code into our systems or for harassment purposes, including hate speech, threats, or actions that threaten, abuse, or discriminate against any individual or group.

1. Attempting to obtain services from us with the intent to avoid payment.
2. Using our services to obtain services from other providers with the intent to avoid payment.
3. Unauthorized access to or destruction of any customer or end-user data.
4. Interfering with the use of our facilities by other customers.
5. Publishing or transmitting content that incites violence, depicts child pornography, or threatens public safety.
6. Violating consumer protection laws.
7.Violating a person’s privacy rights.

Our products cannot be used by individuals or entities involved in illegal activities such as gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, or the development of weapons of mass destruction.

We prohibit impersonating UndressGirls.App, claiming an official business relationship with us, or falsely representing ownership of any of our property (including our products and brand) for fraudulent purposes.

This policy lists activities and behaviors that are deemed unacceptable and incompatible with our brand. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. The revised version will take effect on the earliest of the following:

• The date the customer uses our products after the revised policy is published; or
• 30 days after the revised policy is published on our website.
