Our credit system is straightforward: one Diamond allows for generating one photo. This rule is uniformly applied across all plans, ensuring a consistent user experience.

Our platform offers various subscription plans. The availability of services and pricing varies depending on the user’s country. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, Pay by Bank, PayPal, alternative payment methods available in specific regions, and cryptocurrency.

Depending on the payment method and country, the subscription may be auto-renewable.

All the details about your subscription, including start date, end date, and type of subscription plan, can be accessed by clicking the “Profile” icon. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time by activating the "Unsubscribe" button. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. You will see the "Unsubscribe" button only if the subscription is not auto-renewable.

Accessing Subscription Details: Users can view subscription details, including start date, end date, and type of subscription plan, under the "Profile" icon in their account.

Subscription Modifications: Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle, and any remaining Diamonds from the previous plan will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation of Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: If your subscription is auto-renewable, you may cancel it at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" option in your profile. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the subsequent period.

Resubscription: Users may resubscribe to our platform at any time to regain access to premium features and content. However, Diamonds from previously canceled subscriptions that were not used within the validity period cannot be carried over to the new subscription. Each subscription period is treated independently, and Diamonds must be used within their respective billing cycles.

Any remaining Diamonds in your account will expire at the end of the current billing period and become unusable. Diamonds will not carry over to the next subscription period and cannot be refunded after the subscription ends. It is the user’s responsibility to utilize all Diamonds before the end of the billing period.

Refund Requests: You have 24 hours after your payment to request a refund. Refunds will not be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after payment. However, refunds will be denied if you have used more than 20 Diamonds, regardless of the time elapsed before the refund request.

If a dispute results in a chargeback request being filed, the subscription will be immediately canceled. All access to premium features and any remaining Diamonds will be revoked when the dispute is initiated.

Investigation: Upon receiving a dispute, we will investigate the transaction details.

Resolution: If the dispute is deemed valid by our internal review, we will accept it, and the funds will be returned according to your bank or credit card company's policy.

Contest: If we contest the dispute, we will provide the necessary evidence to the bank or credit card company to validate the original transaction.

Please note that the dispute process may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. While we strive to expedite the process, the resolution time is often determined by the financial institution.

If you have any disputes regarding payments or subscriptions, please contact our customer support team first through info@undressgirls.app. We aim to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.

If a subscription or Diamond purchase is refunded, the subscription will be immediately canceled. All access to premium features and any remaining Diamonds will be revoked at the time of refund processing.

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, undressgirls.app makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
